General Contracting is a core service provided by New Wave Engineering Solutions Ltd, encompassing the comprehensive management and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Acting as the Main Contractor, NWES assumes full responsibility for the coordination, supervision and delivery of construction works in accordance with approved designs, specifications and contractual requirements. This role allows us to provide a single point of accountability, ensuring that all trades, subcontractors and suppliers are effectively managed and aligned with project objectives.
As Main Contractor, NWES is responsible for the procurement, coordination and oversight of subcontracted works, including civil, structural, architectural and building services activities. We manage construction sequencing, resource allocation and site logistics to ensure that work progresses efficiently and safely. By maintaining close control over quality, scheduling and site operations, we ensure that construction activities are executed to the required standards while minimizing delays, disruptions and risks. Our experience in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems alongside civil works allows for seamless integration across all aspects of the build.
